A person can find some pretty
good barbeque in town as well decent
baseball, for the minor league Augusta
Greenjackets are based there. So is an
all-female, flat track roller derby squad
called the Soul City Sirens. There is lots
going on in Augusta, and lots to com-
mend the city. But truth be told, it lacks
the historic charm of, say, Savannah, or
the cultural clout of Charleston.
